Quality Issues:
If you receive a product that is defective or not up to the high standards we set for our merchandise, we're here to help. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence for verification.
Once we have confirmed the defect or quality issue, we will offer a replacement of the item at no additional cost, or if preferred, a full refund.

Return Process:
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returned items unless the item is confirmed as defective.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Non-returnable items:
Please note that due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a verified quality issue. This includes any form of dissatisfaction with color, sizing, or design after purchase.
